"Pretty easy gift order overall"
I ordered this as a gift and, everything seemed to go smoothly. It arrived quickly, as far as I could tell, and there weren’t any issues with the order. Overall, I’d say it was a simple, hassle-free experience

"Late delivery and poor communication"
My order did eventually show up, but it took way longer than the date they originally gave me, which was really frustrating. The tracking made no sense, and I had to email them twice just to get a clear answer. for the price, they should have handled this a lot better. The bottle itself was fine, but the whole buying experience was annoying and totally their fault.

There was a shipping mix-up with my order, something about it got sent the wrong way or processed weirdly. I had to go back and forth with support over a few emails, which took longer than I would’ve liked, but they did eventually fix it. Not the smoothest experience, but it worked out.

"Checkout Just Felt Easy"
Checking out on uptownspirits.com was painless. I found what I needed, tossed it in the cart, and the payment went through without any of those random annoying hiccups. The shipping options were clear enough, too. My gut feeling is that if a site makes checkout this simple, it’s probably worth coming back to. I’d use them again.

"Shipping took a little longer than you’d expect"
I was excited to get my order, but the shipping ended up being kinda slow. You expect it to arrive a bit sooner, so the wait was a little frustrating, but it did get here eventually.

"I found a decent range of bottles..."
I found a decent range of bottles here, especially the usual ones and even a few that can be harder to track down, which was nice. That said, a couple things I was specifically looking for were out of stock, and some sections felt a little thin. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just would’ve liked a bit more consistency so I could feel more sure I’d find what I needed. I’d still check again if I was looking for something specific.

Returning the item was kind of a hassle, to be honest. I got it sent back, but then the refund just sat there forever before it finally showed up. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, it was annoying.

I ordered a specific whiskey, but when the box showed up, it was a different bottle. It wasn’t like it was completely useless, but it still wasn’t what I paid for. I had to take time to contact customer service and go back and forth, which was more effort than I wanted to deal with. They did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected. For the price, I figured someone would’ve checked the order a little better before sending it out. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying...

"Finally Found the Bottle I’d Been Hunting For"
I’d been trying to find this bottle everywhere, local stores, other websites, you name it, and it was sold out every single time. Then Uptown Spirits actually had it in stock. How nice is that? The ordering process was simple, and I didn’t have to keep bouncing from site to site hoping it would pop up somewhere. I’m happy with the selection too, because they seem to carry a lot of those harder-to-find bottles. Who doesn’t love finally finding what they’ve been looking for?

"Better Deals Than I Expected"
I’ve ordered from Uptown Spirits a couple of times now, mostly because I keep an eye out for their promos. i wasn’t expecting much at first since a lot of discount codes online either don’t work or come with some weird catch, but the one I tried actually went through without any hassle.

Shipping was decent too, and once the discount was applied, the prices felt worth it. I wouldn’t say the whole experience was anything super flashy, but it was definitely better than I expected and it’s nice saving a bit on something I was already planning to buy.

I ordered this and figured I’d just keep an eye on the tracking like I usually do. For a while, I kept checking back and it didn’t really tell me much, so I assumed maybe things just weren’t updating yet. The package did eventually show up, but it was late, and the weird part was I didn’t get any useful notifications until after it had already arrived

My order did end up arriving, so I can’t really be too mad. But the delivery date changed once, and the tracking barely updated for a while, which made it feel slower than it maybe was. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of annoying. I feel like if the tracking was better, I’d probably think the delivery was better too
